Our traditional style of decorating has always kept up to the
times. Over the years, we have developed a style of our own. We
have taken the original shell border and enhanced it with some
ribbon and scallop effects. We try to stay away from using a lot
of food coloring by using only accents to give the cake its color.
We also take great pride in our world-class roses which are the
cornerstone of our decorated cakes. We make anywhere from 1000
to 1500 roses weekly. We also create different flowers during
different seasons.
