"When it comes to understanding why my bakery is still in business and is successfully competing with all of the grocery store bakeries, I guess I'd have to quote my advertising campaign which says, 'Baked With Love.' I love what I do and I love the fact that I work with the people I love the most...my family and the other wonderful people who work here. And my customers love how my goodies taste and they keep coming back for more. It's really that simple."
